About Us:
History:
The Zone Dance Club was opened more than 9 years ago at the top of State Street to serve the gay and lesbian community. The Zone quickly became the most popular dance club in town. After about 6 years of successful operation, the Zone outgrew it's location and moved to it's much larger and current location of 133 West 18th Street.
The Venue:
The Zone has now become the largest gay dance club in Erie. We feature a great game room with a pinball machine, 2 dart games, a megatouch video game, a fun bowling game, and 2 pool tables. The Zone also features an upper patio deck that offers a more relaxed and quiet place to sit and talk. We also have a great menu of finger foods to choose from to satisfy your hunger! The main bar area features a very large bar and great bartenders to quickly serve you a great drink. The back area of the bar features another bar open on the weekends to handle the crowds. The main dance floor is large and spacious and features some great light shows. We also have a smaller raised dance stage with a stripper pole for those of you wanting a little more. Our powerful sound system will play all the best Top 40, Urban, R&B, Disco, 80s, and of course gay Dance Music Hits. We offer a great set of music every day to please everyone.
